NIPSCO advances its cost-saving electric generation transition plan with completion of first two renewable projects

Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC (NIPSCO), a subsidiary of NiSource (NYSE: NI), recently announced that its first two Indiana-based wind projects - Jordan Creek Wind and Rosewater Wind are successfully completed.

Both projects are producing more cost-effective and cleaner energy for its customers across Indiana. Rosewater Wind Farm is 102 megawatt facility located in White Country while the Jordan Creek Wind Energy Center is a 400 megawatt facility located in Benton and Warren counties.

Northern Indiana Public Service Company LLC is Indiana's largest natural gas distribution company and serves 32 countries overall.
